Turned part manufacturers, whether they be in the automobile industry or another demanding and price-sensitive line of business, need to be flexible and react quickly to the demands of their clients.
The ability to develop and grind your own cutting tools specially suited to your unique needs is to your advantage. Our Multigrind®AF and CA grinding machines allow you to efficiently produce high-precision turning and rotary tools in a huge variety of shapes – even really complex ones. Intersecting surfaces, extremely flat clearance angles, high-precision edges between differently inclined surfaces, uniform chip surfaces: all are challenges that users can master hassle-free with our grinding machines and Multigrind®Horizon grinding software.
I wish I could put the superb turning insert shown above directly into your hand. Unfortunately, the internet can’t beam things just yet. But if you would like to be personally persuaded of the outstanding quality of Haas Machine-produced precision tools, just write me. I look forward to hearing from you!
Multigrind® Horizon grinding software: Chinese module for grooving inserts.
As some of you know, we’re currently exhibiting our Multigrind® Grinding Machines and our Multigrind® Horizon Software at CIMT (13th China International Machine Tool Show) in Beijing. We’re pleased with the course of the show and our Chinese visitors are quite impressed by the first Chinese modules for our grinding software. If you want to learn more about Multigrind® Horizon visit us here at CIMT in hall W3, booth 706 until April 27. Or download our software brochure here:
The Haas grinder bag
Is that the new must-have courier bag? Has Haas given up on grinding machines and grinding software to specialize in fashion? Never fear, we’re still working hard to open up new technological horizons for grinding professionals. In fact, we’ve just developed completely new grinding software featuring a new kind of system architecture. We call it Multigrind® Horizon 1.0 and will be presenting it at this year’s GrindTec.

We’ll be demonstrating our new grinding software live at the GrindTec trade fair in Augsburg from 14 – 17 March 2012 in hall 7, at stand 7001. But if you can’t wait that long to find out what our software is capable of, then simply visit the software page on our webite or download our brochure.
The grinder bag made from durable truck tarpaulin is sadly not available for download. But if you like the look of it, why not swing by our stand at the trade fair…
